Why choose .com for your name?
October 14th, 2007There might be a great keyword for a .info domain. WWW.footballteam.infosounds great, but why in the world would anyone type that in. They would most likely type in www.Footballteam.com . That is what you need to be thinking about when you are going to be generating a domain name.
There might be a sale on .info but they are used for different reasons. We will go into them later. The thing we will be concentrating on right now is finding a goldmine with a .com.
Quick explanation why I do not like .ca and .uk. They stand for Canada and the United Kingdom. The whole world uses .com the most. You want to appeal to the most people, so .com is better than .info, .ca, .uk in most cases.
Get a keyword in your domain name
October 14th, 2007You have to create equity. You do that by putting keywords in your domain. They might be misspelled words but they are still words.
Misspell- A prime example is www.plamza.com. That is a play on plasma.com. It is misspelled because of the Z, and the letters are rearranged. You can use several Spelling tools. If you owned www.plamza.com, you might get some people to accidentally type that in and arrive at your parked site. Then you can have a chance that they will click on a link.
You can also pick a few words that go together. I have a sight I am developing called www.PlasmaBigScreenTV.com. It is a group of words with keywords that are valuable. I will go into that a little later. As for now, we need to find some key words.
The bottom line is that you want keywords in your domain. The person that came up with www.yahoo.com, also came up with all of the services that they provide. It is pointless for you to have a jibberish words as a parked domain. If you think that your domain name is catchy but meeningless, you need to develope it. You do not need to park it.

October 14th, 2007The world is running out of enterprises that have plenty of equity. One of the exceptions is domain parking. WWW.HowToMakeMoneyParkingDomains.com is a domain. A domain is a destination on the internet. It is a word or group of words followed by .com, .net, or. Info etc… but we will go more in depth later.
Your imagination is an endless asset. Put that together with your business sense and you can be a player in the Domain parking business.It is kind of like Real estate. .Com is the best neighborhood. If you have PlasmaTV.com, you did really well. That should get many clicks. Clicks are good and we will explain that later. I own www.PlasmaTVTelevision.com that might not be typed a lot but it is keyword rich. It has three keywords that are closely related and it is a .Com
